The modern office complex “Eschborn Gate” marks the new entrance to the South industrial area in Eschborn. Special features

The first construction phase of Eschborn Gate, the new business district on the outskirts of Frankfurt, includes not only the impressive 17-story Germany headquarters of Samsung Electronics but also the 6-story HUB, which has now been occupied by Cheil Germany, a marketing company. The modern, transparent building with its lightweight metal element facade directly adjoins the spacious district square, which is enlivened by restaurants and small service businesses.

The Eschborn Gate spans approximately 53,000 square meters and consists of several building structures, including a parking garage and an underground garage. Embedded in a spacious, green campus, the district focuses on sustainability and efficiency. It aims to achieve LEED certification as well as WiredScore certification for state-of-the-art digital infrastructure. Additionally, concrete-saving hollow-core slabs in certain parts of the buildings contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and to the resource-efficient use of materials.
