Deutschland Haus

A house like no other – this is also evident in the construction and logistical challenges that need to be managed in the heart of Hamburg’s Central Business District (CBD). The project presents a particularly complex task. The Deutschland Haus, originally built in 1928, was demolished in 2019, and the foundation for the new building was laid in 2020.

The pressure is high on this urban construction site, as the completion must be on schedule by the end of December 2023. The central location in the city center presents a unique logistical challenge that requires precise planning and coordination.
